My workshops are a way to learn and go deeper with others in an experiential way by focusing on positivity, self-compassion, and being present. Using the tools of Positive Psychology and neuroscience, we focus on flourishing by making positive changes in life, work, and relationships.

 

Happiness 101

Research has shown that more happiness can lead to greater success, better health, and even better relationships. This program is an introduction to positive psychology, the science of happiness, and what it takes to have a happier, more fulfilling life. Learn research-backed practices that can be used to cultivate more joy and happiness each and every day. (1 hr)

 

Gratitude 101

Gratitude is a powerful practice that helps to appreciate the good and begin to cultivate more joy. This program introduces gratitude, explores the science behind its benefits, and teaches how it can be used to increase joy, happiness, and overall health. It opens the door to integrating gratitude into your life with one simple practice. (1 hr)

 

The Great Full Life

Even in the most challenging times, gratitude can be a powerful tool to help you appreciate life and cultivate more happiness. This program is an in-depth exploration of how to use gratitude and positive psychology to create a more joyful and great full life. You'll gain simple, easy-to-apply tools and practices to get grounded in gratitude in both good times and difficult times. (2 hr)
