By using the SPIRE model, and examining your character strengths I will lead you on a journey to self-discovery where you can realize possibilities and make dreams happen, by:

•Asking important questions, providing focus, and ensuring accountability for continual growth.

•Creating a safe space of compassion, understanding, and trust where you can practice and learn.

Step 2: The Starting Package

Through discussing and assessing your character strengths, coupled with your life experiences, we will create a plan to meet your goals.

The Starting Package process includes:

Session 1: Assessing and discussing your character strengths and how to use them effectively.

Session 2: Using the SPIRE Model to holistically explore your spiritual, physical, intellectual, and emotional wellbeing.

Session 3: Using the Best Self tool to help you grow.

Session 4: Using the Goal Map tool to set your path forward.

Session 5: Re-Evaluation and next steps based on results achieved.

Following the coaching Starter Program, you may feel that you need more accountability and could benefit from working with someone who believes in and supports you.

The Accountability Package includes:

Checking in and discussing day-to-day-issues
